Teen rescued from drifting ice
A Canadian teen has had an amazing
rescue from a chunk of drifting ice in
the Arctic Sea, where he was stranded
with three polar bears.
He was picked up by rescuers who
parachuted onto the ice after spotting
him from the air.
There are reports that he had to shoot
and kill one of the polar bears in
order to stay alive.
The 17-year-old got in trouble on a
hunting expedition when the ice he was
on broke away and drifted off.
