Burley not under threat, say SFA 4/5
Scotland manager George Burley is not
under pressure to quit following the
defeat by Wales, the Scottish FA say.
Despite Saturday's bruising 3-0
friendly reverse in Cardiff, BBC
Scotland has been told that Burley will
remain as manager.
A senior SFA source told BBC Scotland:
"There are no plans to have a meeting
about George's position.
"We are disappointed at the result and
we will have to reflect on it, but
George is not under any pressure."
